The Association for Special Children and Families and all of its projects, respect the privacy of each person who uses our services/ visits our website.  While we do collect information from website visitors as part of the user registration process and when visitors wish to access certain other services (i.e. subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey), we do so only in order to ensure a positive experience for users, to improve our website and other services, and to obtain information necessary to respond to or fulfill requests, such as to register participants for workshops or conferences. 

The Association for Special Children and Families has a strict confidentiality policy.  We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, without your express consent.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  We may also release your information when we believe release is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

This web site includes links to other resources.  These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies, and the Association for Special Children and Families is not responsible or liable for the content or activities of these sites.

Our mailing list is used strictly by Association for Special Children and Families to communicate with or provide information to individuals who have expressed an interest in the services we provide.
